Order Status Customizer
What it does
Order Status Customizer lets you set a custom message and emoji for each order status. The message is shown to the customer on their order detail page, right below the order status line.
For example, when an order is marked Processing, the customer can see:
📦 We are carefully packing your items!
How to use
- After activating, go to E-commerce → Order Status Messages in the admin sidebar
- For each order status, enter:
- An emoji (paste any emoji e.g. 📦 ✅ 🚚)
- A message (e.g. "Your order is on its way!")
- Leave a row blank if you don't want a message for that status
- Click Save Messages
The message will immediately appear on the customer's order detail page for orders with that status.
