KYC (Know Your Customer) for Botble ecommerce
PluginKYC Verify — Identity Verification Plugin for Botble CMS
Take full control of who places orders on your store. KYC Verify adds a complete customer identity verification system to your Botble ecommerce site, giving you the tools to verify your customers before they can complete a purchase.
Whether you run a high-value goods store, a regulated business, or simply want to reduce fraud and chargebacks, KYC Verify gives you everything you need to collect, review, and manage customer identity documents, all from within your existing Botble admin panel.
HOW IT WORKS
When a customer hits your verification threshold, they are redirected to a clean, branded verification page where they fill in their personal details and upload photos of their identity document alongside a selfie holding it. The submission lands instantly in your admin panel for review. You approve or reject with one click, and the customer is notified by email either way. Approved customers get full access. Rejected customers see your reason and can resubmit.
FLEXIBLE VERIFICATION RULES
Not every store works the same way, so KYC Verify gives you three ways to trigger verification:
Require All - every new customer must verify before their first order, no exceptions.
Spending Limit - let customers buy freely up to a total spend amount you set. Once they cross that threshold, verification is required before they can place another order.
DOCUMENT COLLECTION
The verification form collects everything you need to confirm a customer's identity. Customers choose their ID type - National ID, Passport, or Driver's License, and the form adapts automatically. Passport holders upload a single photo of their data page. National ID and Driver's License holders upload both the front and back of their document. Everyone also uploads a selfie holding their ID so you can match the face to the document. All fields are validated before submission, and files are stored securely on your server.
BUILT FOR ADMINS
The submissions panel gives you a clear overview of every verification request, organised into tabs for Pending, Approved, Rejected, and All. Open any submission to see the customer's full details and photos side by side. Approve or reject with a single click. Add a rejection reason that gets sent straight to the customer. Delete a submission entirely if needed.
Need to verify a customer without making them go through the process? Use the Manual Verify option in settings to mark any customer as verified instantly, no document required. Ideal for customers you have already verified offline, over the phone, or through another channel.
You can also receive an email notification every time a customer submits their documents, so nothing slips through the cracks.
SEAMLESS ON ANY THEME
KYC Verify is built to work with any Botble theme out of the box. The customer verification page uses your store's own logo and sits on a clean standalone layout, separate from the customer account navigation so customers stay focused on completing the process. No theme editing required.

We like your concept. Is this features works for vendors verification.
No, This plugin is built for Botble eCommerce shops, not vendors
Your idea is good but I am noticed that . This fracture will be useful for vendors registration. We can’t decide the rules for the customer. We need to keep this rules for the seller’s(vendors) kyc
Hi, thanks for the feedback. This plugin is built for single eCommerce shops, not multivendor, so the KYC rules are customer-focused by design. If a multivendor update is ever released, we'll be sure to inform the community.
