Account Freeze Manager For Botble

Customer Account Freeze - Botble CMS Plugin

Allows admin to freeze a customer account with a custom message. Frozen customers are immediately logged out and shown the message until unfrozen.

How to Use

1. Go to Admin → Ecommerce → Customers
2. Open any customer and click View
3. Click the orange Freeze Account button
4. Type the message the customer will see, click Confirm Freeze
5. The customer will be logged out and shown your message on the login page

To unfreeze, click the green Unfreeze Account button on the same page.
