• Customer sees Open Chat on order detail.
• Customer can send text, links, images, and files (if enabled in settings).

Vendor/Admin Side

• New messages appear in the panel list.
• Unread counters highlight pending replies.
• Chat view refreshes automatically for new messages.
• Teams can use search/filters to find and process conversations quickly.
