Post Scheduler is a plugin that allows you to modify the created time of posts.

Download and rename folder post-scheduler-master to post-scheduler.
Copy folder post-scheduler into /platform/plugins.
Go to Admin -> Plugins then activate plugin Post Scheduler.
Go to Admin -> Blog -> Posts -> Create a new post, you will see block to change post's created date on the right-hand side of the screen.

is not working? When I import posts into WordPress with a future publish date, they get published immediately instead of being scheduled.
